Nathan Vurgest began his career on a bank graduate scheme, but eager for a market-focused role, transitioned to Record Currency Management as a junior trading analyst. Nathan thrived in the  Record CM team environment, quickly taking on increasing responsibility. For example, he led the development of a new FX hedging product, increasing client adoption by 15%. Now leading the trading team, his remit extends beyond execution to include trade cost analysis (TCA), technology development, counterparty onboarding, client interaction, product development, and credit risk.  Passionate about the financial markets, he helps clients navigate currency risk.
