Yes, you are welcome to bring sustainable/reusable giveaways. However, please note:
- There’s no storage on-site, so giveaways must fit within your partner area if you have one, or on your person.
- Aim for enough to cover your Roundtable or Workshop attendees, and a few for attendees you engage with (around 50 units maximum).

The furniture in your partner area will be set up before your arrival, in line with the branding communications you have received, so you don’t need to worry about assembly. All you need to do is set up your roller banner if you are bringing this with you, and CMX will do the rest!
- Setup access: You can collect your badge and access Woolwich works from 07:30am on the 2nd July.
- Teardown: The event will conclude at 17:10 on the 2nd July. The CMX team will be responsible for clearing your meeting point. Anything left at your meeting point will be discarded. To arrange for collection of your banner contact alethea@thehive-network.com
Your name badge will be available for collection as you enter CMX. Please have the CMX event app ready to display your profile, as this is required to collect your pass.
As mentioned we don’t require partners to be onsite until the morning of CMX, however here is a list of near-by hotels should you need them:

The CMX Onsite Networking App
This year, we will be using our CMX app for all things leads, connections and content. Everyone will have their personal QR code printed on their badges, as well as in the app on their phones. Use the “badge scanner” in the app to gather leads and make notes on your connections. These can then be exported post-event.
We’ll send all the login instructions to your email address provided during the onboarding process. The first user to sign in will be made admin of your company profile and prompted to set this up. We have pre-populated your personal and partner profiles with the information we have, however, you have time to edit your profiles before the app goes live to the buy-side attendees.

We will also be hosting a partner orientation to help you maximise your efforts leading up to and on the day of CMX
